Can You Hear Us Now?!
Virginia went “R” across the board yesterday!
I was at the polls in the morning handing out sample ballots for the “R” candidates - really more “C” than “R”, as the republican party is not so much these days.
I heard some very interesting comments from some of the voters…let’s just say that in my neck of the woods, regardless of what the media and politicians say, the Administration and Congress (on both sides of the aisle) are not held in the highest esteem, to say the very least.
It was quite heartening and so very different from my California days.
Tomorrow I’ll be in DC standing with the Vets For Freedom group, going to the Congress critters’ offices to discuss the situation in Afghanistan.
You can watch Pete Hegseth interview Kim Sagan about her book, The Surge: A Military History here.
What with Michele Bachman’s call out to America to come to DC and VFF, the Hill will be a very busy place.

Let’s hope that the ones who have been elected do what the folks who voted for them want them to do.
“Slightly” off topic, but worth to read anyway.

Well, moderation of comments is always a good idea!
I wasn’t quite sure about it and thought of a server glitch.
