Sleep is highly overrated (opined the ex-crankster gangster).

Spending 6-7 hours unconscious is a waste of my time, imo.  I could get so much more done!  Like reading all the blogs that I come across ~ on a daily basis .  Posting about all that’s going on in the this country ASYLUM.  And actually getting my little housework projects accomplished in one day.

But it is not to be.  I already tried the not-sleeping thing and it really messed with my head and body.  Of course I wasn’t eating much then either, which didn’t help - at all actually.

So now I go with the rhythm.  Therefore, my time is limited.  They say it’s a good thing - I don’t know…seems like I’ll have more than enough time to sleep when my relatively short gig here is done.

Okay - I can hear the what the hell…?

This has been on my mind lately because I just turned “25″ in my “Hello, my name is Deb and I’m an addict/alcoholic” recovery lifetime.

Never thought I’d reach 25 in any lifetime.  Lord knows, I shouldn’t have.  But I did and then doubled it.

But for the Grace of God, go I.

And I can’t get past the feeling of time running out ~ there’s so much to do and not enough time.  Or energy.

Things need fixin’ NOW!  (Patience was never my strong point - still isn’t.)

(You wonder why rightwingers aren’t all over DC protesting?  Cuz we take care of stuff ~ at home, at work, in the community.  Doesn’t leave much time for “House Parties” and sign making.)

I have so much more running around in my little head to put in words - but now I have to go take care of Stuff.

So, while I’m doing Stuff, go on over to Warriors Legacy Foundation and sign up ~ that is, if you really support the troops and don’t just use them to score political points or a punching bag for your hateful, miserable, moonbat life.  (Unless you are sincere in wanting to learn something other than kumbayah)

By the way, my Baby Girl Soldier saved a Secret Service Military Working Dog the past weekend.  She didn’t make it home for Mother’s Day and when the dog’s handler SS agent noted this, she told him, “it’s okay, my Mom will understand”.

That’s my Girl!!!
